Getting Here & Our Neighborhood

Here you’ll find all the info you need about getting to us, about Cologne in general, and of course about the beautiful Belgian Quarter, where die wohngemeinschaft is located. Because honestly, the real Cologne is right outside our front door—not in the old town.

Right in the Heart of the Belgian Quarter

For years, the “Belgisches Viertel” has been the liveliest and most creative neighborhood in Cologne. You’ll find everything from second-hand and fair trade boutiques to restaurants for every taste and budget—and some of the city's best cafés and bars. Add to that galleries, indie theaters, and loads of cultural gems. For locals, this neighborhood is the city’s unofficial center. This is where people shop, hang out, and spend summer evenings on buzzing terraces—far away from the tourist crowds of the old town.

Getting Here

No matter how or from where you're traveling, here’s the easiest way to find us:

By Car / Parking

Since we're in a super central location, we recommend using the link below to plan your route. But fair warning: being central means cheap or free parking is almost non-existent. We recommend checking out Park & Ride options or using the EASYPARK app to find affordable spots nearby. The safest bet is the parking garage at Rudolfplatz, which costs €30/day. Be sure to enter the correct zip code when navigating, as there are two Richard-Wagner-Straßen in Cologne. ;)
