On his fourth studio album “old sun, new horizon”, Long Tall Jefferson brings together the best elements of his previous work and elevates them to a new level. The raw honesty and sharp observations of the folk songs from his earlier albums “I Want My Honey Back” and “Lucky Guy” blend with the sonic expansion of his “Could Folk” years, making this new collection of songs deeply personal and rich.

At the heart of the production was the intention not to rush the process, to give the music room to breathe, and to stay true to the dynamic of the creative moment. All of these factors have contributed to making “old sun, new horizon” his most profound work to date.
With his new album and band, Long Tall Jefferson will be touring Germany and Switzerland again in spring 2025!
